Refund and Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a Libre Wave product, please contact us at support@librewave.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue and improve your experience. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may request a full refund.

You must report any issue within 14 days of purchase. For pre-ordered products, this period begins 14 days after the pre-order period has ended.

All refunds are processed by our payment provider, Moonbase AS, and may take a few days to appear on your statement.

Before making a purchase, please read the product description carefully to ensure it meets your needs and is compatible with your system. Refunds may be refused where incompatibility arises from not checking the stated requirements. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.


Refund Policy Abuse

Refund policy abuse includes, for example:

  • Purchasing and downloading products and immediately requesting refunds
  • Repeatedly purchasing, downloading, and requesting refunds

If we determine that a user is abusing the refund policy, we may suspend their account without prior notice. We may also refuse further refund requests once such a determination has been made.

Libre Wave reserves the right to block future purchases from users suspected of abusing the refund policy, including cases where new accounts are created. Where patterns of abuse are identified, we may also suspend related accounts.
