What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with one of my products open a support ticket and I’ll see if there is something I can do to improve the situation for you. If I can’t then you can of course have a full refund.

All refunds are handled by my payment processor and may take a few days to show up on your statement. The only condition is you must claim your refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Before you make a purchase please read the product’s description thoroughly to determine if it will work on your system and that it meets your needs. If you are in any doubt please contact me to get more details before you purchase.
