Libre Wave plugins have supported AVID’s AAX format since August 2024.
This means you can use all Libre Wave products directly in Pro Tools without needing an external host. The Rhapsody player plugin—which loads all Libre Wave instruments—is fully AAX-compatible, as are all other Libre Wave plugins.
If you’re using Pro Tools, simply install the AAX version and you’re ready to go.
